Shipping and delivery

What are the delivery times?

We process your order within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then takes 4 to 12 business days. In total, you usually receive your order within 7 to 15 business days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer; we will inform you in that case.

Are shipping costs calculated?

No, shipping is always free, regardless of the amount of your order.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our tracking page on the website.

Can I still change the delivery address?

Yes, it is possible if the package has not yet been shipped. Send an email to lynova.info@gmail.com. After shipping, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.

Payments

Which payment methods does Lynova accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, and MobilePay. Everything is securely processed through Shopify Payments.

When will the payment be charged?

Directly upon ordering. You will immediately receive a confirmation email.

How secure is my payment information?

We use SSL technology to encrypt your information, such as credit card numbers. Shopify Payments complies with the strictest security standards (PCI-DSS).

Returns and refunds

What is the return deadline?

You have 14 days from receipt to return the item. You must notify us in advance; without notification, we will not process it.

What conditions must returned products meet?

The products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original packaging and labels.

How do I report a return?

Send an email to lynova.info@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and the relevant items. We will send you a return form and instructions.

How long does the repayment take?

After receipt and approval: within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Orders and order processing

How long does it take to process my order?

You will immediately receive a confirmation email. We process the order within 1-2 days (except on weekends and public holidays).

What if my order is delayed?

We do our best to deliver on time, but if unexpected problems arise (e.g., weather or carrier), we will inform you quickly and find a solution.

What if I receive a damaged item?
